The Girls Room, My Mind and Me Talk

This four part mental health series addressed prominent mental health issues the plague the campus of Howard University, especially young women. Topics covered in the series included: Managing Mental Health in College, Combating Post Grad Depression, Body Image, and Finding Yourself. Guest speakers for the series included presentations from various mental health professionals as well as variety of activities to help participants better navigate their mental and emotional well-being.
